Our roots in property management span over three decades. The foundations of the business were shaped alongside our founder’s grandfather, who has been actively involved in both residential and commercial property since 1992. From an early stage, this hands-on exposure provided invaluable insight into the realities of property ownership, tenant management, compliance, and long-term asset care.
Since 2009, we have been directly involved in the day-to-day management of over 40 residential and mixed-use units, developing a practical, detail-driven approach to lettings and property management. This experience is complemented by 2.5 years in the banking sector, bringing a strong understanding of financial systems, risk management, client service standards, and regulatory compliance — all of which are essential in today’s evolving property landscape.

A Message from our Founder
Davidson & Co London was founded with a clear purpose: to offer a property service built on trust, experience, and long-term thinking.
My journey in property began well before the formal launch of the business. Since 2009, I have been actively involved in managing residential and mixed-use properties alongside my grandfather, whose career in both residential and commercial property dates back to 1992.
Working closely with him shaped my understanding of property not simply as an investment, but as a responsibility — to tenants, to landlords, and to the communities our properties serve.
Alongside this, my professional background in banking strengthened my approach to risk management, financial accountability, and client service. That experience reinforced the importance of precision, compliance, and transparency — values that are now embedded into every aspect of Davidson & Co London.
In establishing this firm, my aim was to bridge traditional property expertise with a modern, digital-first mindset. The industry is evolving, and landlords require an agent who is proactive, informed, and adaptable, while still grounded in proven principles. We focus on delivering clarity, consistency, and confidence, whether managing a single home or a growing portfolio.
